* If in stock, all orders will be despatched within 24 hours and will reach you within five working days.

* If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

* Delivery Charges are as follows:

Standard Delivery:  £6.95  - 5 working days (Monday to Friday)

* Please note that the above charges do not apply to any orders that exceed the weight of 30 kgs.

* Please note that we currently deliver only to mainland UK destinations at the rate mentioned above. However, if you live overseas and are interested in buying our products, please email us at info@mypalaceessentials.co.uk and we will work out a way to help you (although the same delivery charges will not apply for such orders).
