At Mypalace Essentials, we strive to make life easy and simple for you. And so, we guarantee that –
“If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, you can return them within two weeks of the delivery and we will either give you a full refund or send you a replacement.”
Please Note: (important)
- Mypalace Essentials will only accept products within two weeks of the delivery date and cannot refund for any returns that come to us any later than that.
- Please ensure that any products that are being returned must be intact and unopened with seals and shrink-wrap in place. We can’t refund for any products that come to us after they have been opened. Opened items will only be refunded or replaced when the product itself is faulty.
- We can only replace identical items and if you wish to order any other products, it will be treated as a new order.
- Please note that your costs for returning the item are non-refundable on our part but if you are returning it as a result of a fault on our part, we will be happy to ensure your shipping costs are refunded. In this case, please make sure you produce a recipet of the shipping costs you incurred. We cannot refund shipping costs if we do not have a valid proof of the costs.
- We always try and process returns and refunds as soon as they come to us but if we are busy it might take up to 21 days for you to receive your refund or exchange.
