Our website has been designed to make it easy for you are looking for. Finding the product you're after is easy: just type a word into the search box such as 'cleaning', and every product associated with cleaning will appear on the search results page.

- How do I order on the website?
When you find a product you want and click 'add to basket' – it will then be added to your mini shopping basket. You can see this basket on the top right corner of your screen. Once you've got everything that you want in your basket, click on 'my basket' or ‘checkout’ to continue.
'Checkout' is very similar to a till in a real shop: it is here that you pay for all the items in your basket. On the website this involves you giving us your address and credit/debit card details. You'll need to log in first, which simply means you will have to create an account with us like you would with any other online shopping site.
If you've placed an order on our website before, you simply type in your email address and password to log in. If you're a newcomer, just type in your email address and choose a password - it's quick and easy to do.

- I have got a coupon/voucher. How do I use it?
Every coupon or voucher issued by Mypalace Essentials will have a unique code. Some vouchers may give you a certain percentage off your final order and some may have a (£) value that you can deduct from your final order. In either case, make sure you enter the voucher code in the checkout stage where it asks for the number. The value of the coupon will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your order.
You cannot redeem two vouchers in one order or avail of two discounts at the same time.
